BEEF GOULASH

My husband, Al, wanted something that was tasty and high protein (left the corn out). I was in a hurry and just threw this one together. Takes under 20 minutes to prepare and it is tasty and healthy.

Beef Goulash

1 Lb. Ground Round

1 12-oz. can Green Snap Beans drained

1 4-oz. can cut up mushrooms drained

1 Lg. Chopped Onion

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Black pepper

˝ tsp. Chopped garlic

1 12-oz. can Whole Kernel corn drained (optional)

Water as needed to keep from drying out

Set burner on medium high (7). Brown meat in a 12-inch skillet or Wok. Remove meat; sauté onions in meat juices; add mushrooms, beans and seasonings and stir a couple of times (about 1 minute). Return meat to pan and bring to boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes (Stir often). Serves 4-6  Stand alone meal or
