Eggs Over Easy

2 large        Eggs

                    Salt

                    Pepper

                    Pam unless you have nonstick cookware

Spray pan with Pam. Heat skillet over medium high heat (6). Gently break eggshells and put eggs in pan (yoke unbroken). Salt and pepper eggs. When whites are almost done, gently turn eggs over with a spatula. Let cook about 10 seconds and remove from skillet to plate.

Serve with:

bacon, spam, corned beef hash, pork chop, ham, sausage or steak

Home fries, hash browns, pancakes or grits

Coffee, milk, hot tea and/or orange juice
