2                Eggs

1/2 tsp.     Vanilla

2 slices      Dry White, Wheat or multi-grain bread

                 Maple Syrup

                 Butter

Put eggs and vanilla in a bowl and beat. Put fry pan on stove and heat to Medium high (6). Dip bread in egg mixture, turn and soak other side. Put in pan and turn when egg is brown. Brown the other side and put on plate. Repeat with other slice of bread. Put butter between slices and cover with syrup. Serves 1
