Chili Mac Vegetarian

3 cans     diced tomatoes

3 cloves   garlic diced

2 large     yellow onions chopped

1 tbsp      salt

1 tbsp      black pepper

1/2 cup   chili powder

1 tsp       red peppers (chopped with seeds-comes in shaker)

1 tbsp     Olive oil

2 cups    large shell noodles

Sauté Onions & garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes. Add all other ingredients and let simmer for about 30 minutes.  Bring water to a boil (add 1 tablespoon of salt) and add noodles. Let boil for 7 minutes. Drain noodles and add to Chili. Serves 5 - 8

Serve with

crackers, slice of bread, corn bread or garlic toast

Iced tea, Kool-Aid, milk or water
