Potato Medley

2 medium          Red Potatoes, cut up

˝ cup                Green Snap Beans

˝ 4 oz. can        Mushrooms

˝ small             Onion, chopped

1 stick               Margarine (or 1 stick butter with 1 tablespoon Olive Oil)

                         Salt

                         Black Pepper

Melt butter in 12-inch skillet over Medium High (7) flame. Salt and Pepper Potatoes. When potatoes are almost done, add onions and sauté’. Add beans and mushrooms and heat to hot (about 2 minutes) while constantly stirring. Serves 2-4

Serve With

Pork Chops or your favorite meat

Wine, Iced Tea or Milk
