Useful

Do you ever feel used? One of the fruit of the spirit is goodness. One of the definitions of goodness is useful. Ergo to be used. That means you are in God's will. We all depend on others to help us.

Consider this:

Someone plants the seeds; another harvests the crop; a trucker takes it to the packing plant; another packages or cans it; another trucker takes it to the store where we can purchase it, prepare a meal and the family consumes it. Ergo we all live at other people's usefulness/goodness.

If we aren't useful, someone goes without what they need.

2 Tim 2:19, 21 Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity." Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.
