"Time Don't Run Out On Me" Anne Murray

Time    By: Frances McCrory Meservy    Aug 25, 2005

As I wonder where time goes,

I hear music in my head.

When I count all my woes,

I want to go to bed.

Counting blessings makes time fly

And the music goes on.

Counting problems makes life dry

And makes depression my own.

Dwelling on good things

Makes my heart sing.

Dwelling on bad brings

Sadness and makes my head ring.

Give me laughter and singing

And time will fly swiftly.

Give me heartache and crying

And time stands still-defiantly.

After a certain age

Time seems to fly by.

No matter what the rage

We've learned worry makes one die.
