Italian 

Garlic Bread

1 loaf           Italian or Sicilian bread (may substitute French bread)

        Granulated Garlic

        Soft Butter/with olive oil

Preheat oven to 400 deg.  Slice loaf of bread lengthwise, in the middle, down the side. Liberally butter the top half and bottom half of the cut section of the bread. Sprinkle liberally with garlic.  Bake about 5 min. or until edges are brown. Slice cross ways of the bread.  Serves 6 to 8

Serve With

Lasagna, Spaghetti, Chicken Cacciatore, Veal Parmesan or Steak

Wine, Iced Tea or Milk
