Brown Beef Gravy

white all purpose in sifter

Kettle of hot water

1 tsp.         Beef bullion granules or melted bullion cube

1 tsp.         Salt                                                 1 tsp.         Black Pepper

tsp.        Granulated Garlic (optional)        1 tsp.         Kitchen Bouquet

2 Tbsp.     Olive Oil                                                            Meat Drippings

Heat olive oil in saucepan on medium high (7) flame. Brown beef in oil. Remove meat and sift flour into hot oil. Add Salt, Pepper, beef bullion granules and garlic. Brown - stirring constantly. When it starts getting thick, slowly add hot water while briskly stirring until slightly runny consistency. Add Kitchen Bouquet and stir until evenly dark brown. Serves 4-5

Serve Over

Beef, Rice, Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, Biscuits, Corn bread

Or as base for Stew, Pot Roast or Oven Roasted Beef with Vegetables
