Milk Gravy

3 Tblsp. Olive Oil/meat drippings
2 Tblsp. Sifted Flour (white or wheat)
1-2 Cups Milk
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
After you fry the chicken in Olive Oil; put chicken on paper towels in platter to drain. Remove all oil except about 3 tablespoons. Sift flour into hot oil and stir vigorously until flour is brown. Add salt and pepper. Slowly add milk as you stir vigorously until slightly runny.
Serve over
Biscuits, corn bread, rice, mashed potatoes, Chicken Fried Steak or chicken
