1 1-inch                 Ham Steak, Center Cut, Bone in

1 tsp.                     Coffee

cup                     Hot Water

Spray Pam on griddle. Heat Griddle to medium (5) and put ham steak on heated pan. Brown on both sides (about 5 minutes). Remove steak and add coffee and scrape ham drippings loose from pan. Add water, stir and heat till boiling (about 2 minutes). Serves 4-5
