4 lg.             Eggs, hard boiled

1 Tbsp.         Sweet Relish

½ sm.          Onion, diced

2 Tbsp.         Miracle Whip Salad Dressing

1 leaf           Lettuce    

Mash eggs with a dinner fork (easier if eggs are a little warm).  Add all ingredients and stir until mixed thoroughly and creamy.  If not creamy enough, add a little more Salad Dressing.  Place on a lettuce leaf.  Serves 2-4
