Helps - different types of helps – to aid someone in something they are doing; Eve was created to help Adam - she was not created to do everything for Adam. Adam did things and Eve helped him with whatever he was doing. Many men in the military have the gift of helps. People with the gift of helps must help others or they feel down. They are only joyful when helping someone. They do not take over (that's the gift of serving). They just fall in and help with whatever is needed. If someone is washing dishes, they will grab a towel and start rinsing and drying the dishes. If someone is ill, they will not come over and clean your house - the person with the gift of serving will clean your house and the gift of helps will help that person in whatever they need help with. Do not expect them to take over and do things. The very word help indicates that someone else is doing something and the person with helps falls in to assist them in any way they need assistance. The person with the gifts of helps are filing clerks (aid the secretary), nurses aids, presidential advisers, congressional aids, the person who sets up the chairs and tables and puts them away, janitors, ushers, greeters, ditch diggers, plumbers helpers, prayer warier, etc.

Example: I have a friend who has the gift of helps. If I need anything, she is right there beside me helping me; but she never does anything unless I'm doing something. She hates working alone. The gift of serving has no problem working alone - in fact they love it; but the person with the gift of helps get outright depressed doing anything alone. They are only joyful when helping someone.
Gen 2:20-23 So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him. Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. And Adam said: "This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man."
1 Chr 12:1-2 Now these were the men who came to David at Ziklag while he was still a fugitive from Saul the son of Kish; and they were among the mighty men, helpers in the war, armed with bows, using both the right hand and the left in hurling stones and shooting arrows with the bow. They were of Benjamin, Saul's brethren.
1 Chr 12:17-18 And David went out to meet them, and answered and said to them, "If you have come peaceably to me to help me, my heart will be united with you; but if to betray me to my enemies, since there is no wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look and bring judgment." Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, chief of the captains, and he said: "We are yours, O David; We are on your side, O son of Jesse! Peace, peace to you, And peace to your helpers! For your God helps you." So David received them, and made them captains of the troop.
1 Chr 12:21-22 And they helped David against the bands of raiders, for they were all mighty men of valor, and they were captains in the army. For at that time they came to David day by day to help him, until it was a great army, like the army of God.
1 Chr 23:27-28 For by the last words of David the Levites were numbered from twenty years old and above; because their duty was to help the sons of Aaron in the service of the house of the LORD, in the courts and in the chambers, in the purifying of all holy things and the work of the service of the house of God,
2 Chr 29:34 But the priests were too few, so that they could not skin all the burnt offerings; therefore their brethren the Levites helped them until the work was ended and until the other priests had sanctified themselves, for the Levites were more diligent in sanctifying themselves than the priests.
Neh 8:7-8 Also Jeshua, Bani, Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodijah, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah, and the Levites, helped the people to understand the Law; and the people stood in their place. So they read distinctly from the book, in the Law of God; and they gave the sense, and helped them to understand the reading.

John 16:7 "Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.
Acts 18:2728 And when he desired to cross to Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him; and when he arrived, he greatly helped those who had believed through grace; for he vigorously refuted the Jews publicly, showing from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Christ.
Rom 16:1-2 I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a servant of the church in Cenchrea, that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and assist her in whatever business she has need of you; for indeed she has been a helper of many and of myself also.
1 Cor 12:28 And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.
2 Cor 1:911 Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead, who delivered us from so great a death, and does deliver us; in whom we trust that He will still deliver us, you also helping together in prayer for us, that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the gift granted to us through many.
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
