Teaching - one who teaches others – Men to men, women & children; Women to women and children – called to the church, believers, students in private and public schools. A gifted teacher can paint a picture with words so it makes it easy for the students to understand.
Definition: one that teaches; especially : one whose occupation is to instruct
Example: A person with the gift of teaching is totally relaxed while explaining something to a group - they have a tendency to explain things to death (so to speak). A person with the gift of teaching does a lot of studying - they love to learn so they can teach. I do not have the gift of teaching. Each time I taught a Sunday School class, it was frustrating to me. I am anything except at peace which tells me I should not teach. The only time I was comfortable teaching was when I was actually using the gift of Evangelism and exhortation.
