1 cup Minute Rice (white or brown)
1 cup Water
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tblsp Butter
Put water, salt and butter into pot. Bring to a boil ad turn heat off. Add rice and cover with a lid for 5 minutes. Serves 2-4

Gravy, Red Beans, Lima Beans, Chinese Food, Hamburger Coquettes, Veal Parmesan or Gumbo
