Capacity:

3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon

2 tablespoons = 1 fluid ounce

4 tablespoons = 1/4 Cup

5 1/3 tablespoons = 1/2 Cup

8 fluid ounces = 1 Cup

16 Tbsp = 1 Cup

2 Cups = 1 Pint

2 pints = 1 Quart

4 cups = 1 Quart

Meals

Breakfast = 1st meal of the day (Usually between 6 & 8 AM)

Dinner = 4-5 hours after Lunch (usually between 5 & 6 PM)

Supper = 2 or more hours after you should have had Dinner (usually between 8 & 10 PM)

Snack = eaten between meals

AM = Morning (Midnight-Noon)

PM = Evening (Noon-Midnight)

Night = when it's dark

Daytime = when it's not dark

Normal people

Morning = Daylight to Noon

Evening =  6 PM - Bedtime

Nightshift people

Morning = 10 AM to 5 PM

Evening = Midnight - bedtime

Retired people

Morning = When I get up until  whenever I eat Breakfast.

Evening = After I eat Supper until I go to bed.
