Mercy By Frances M. McCrory-Meservy

I remember one particular day I got 40 calls in 4 hours. Thank God it was normally not that busy. After my shift, I was so exhausted and painful emotionally that I curled up in a chair and cried "Lord why did you give me this gift (exhortation). I feel everything every one else feels. It is so painful?"

Jesus said, "Fran don’t you know I feel everything you feel?"

Instantly all the pain went away and I felt refreshed. Now I understood why people could not stand to be alone in their pain. Knowing they were not alone helped them endure all things.

Heb 13:5-6 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?"

Gal 6:2 Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Mat 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy.

John 5:19 Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

John 14:16-17 "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever; "the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
